Meet The Team

Amanda Belot

Director

Amanda’s background in body corporate building management, where she oversaw insurance portfolios, gave her firsthand insight into the critical importance of proactive roof maintenance. She witnessed the stress, disruption, and costly conflicts that arose when roof issues were left unaddressed. This experience inspired the creation of Strata Roof Management (SRM) and its tailored roof management plans — designed to help committees, owners, and tenants prevent avoidable damage and safeguard their buildings with confidence.

Alex Barker-Ré

Director

Alex has been managing strata buildings for over 25 years and has seen the good, bad and the ugly when it comes to roof management (or lack of it). SRM was born out of personal experience with bodies corporate difficulty in maintaining roofs efficiently . Alex brings passion, knowledge and ideas to an industry he holds dear.

At SRM Alex is now able to deliver a service to building stakeholders ensuring roof maintenance is not overlooked.

Lead Contractor

With over 20 years of specialised experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial, residential, and industrial roofing systems across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland, Joe brings extensive practical and regulatory knowledge. His technical expertise in roof system performance, safety compliance, and maintenance planning ensures that every inspection meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and legislative compliance.
