A: Your SRM program is an annual subscription paid in 4 easily managed quarterly payments.

The amount will depend on the number and size of roofs at your building. SRM Programs start as little as $850 per quarter.

Q: Does SRM get paid any commissions from Body Corporate Management Companies, Insurance Companies/Brokers, Builders/Repairers?

A: No, SRM is totally independent and does not receive any commissions from any other source. We pass any discounts or benefits directly to you our clients.

 

Q: Can I use an SRM inspection report to negotiate a lower premium on our Strata insurance?

A: Absolutely, SRM will provide comprehensive documentation on your roofs health status to present to your Body corp insurer.
